Booking online is free and there is no deposit. You pay in the salon after your service. If your plans change, just call the salon to move or cancel your appointment.

Completed services are not refundable.
Nail Lounge West has a no-refund policy for completed salon services. If you have a concern about a service, contact the salon promptly so the team can review the issue with you.
Regular-polish wear is not guaranteed.
Regular polish can chip, smudge or wear differently depending on drying time and daily activity. The salon does not provide a wear guarantee for regular-polish services.
Gel removal is included with Gel Manicure and Gel Pedicure.
Gel Manicure and Gel Pedicure do not add a separate Gel Remove charge. A Color Change service may include a Gel Remove charge when removal is required.
